How Many Workouts Do I Get Every Week?
You will receive 5 new (34 min) video HIIT & Sculpt workouts each week. This program is video based, follow along training with Coach Dianna Renee.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Canceling your membership is easy! While we hate to see you go, we understand that this sometimes happens.
Log in to your account.
Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
Select Settings from the dropdown.
Click Billing Info in the top right of the page:
Select the Cancel button
After you click Cancel, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
Once confirmed, you will lose access to your membership at the end of the next billing cycle.
How Do I Sign Up To Our Private Facebook Page?
When you sign up for the monthly membership, you will receive a welcome/ thank you email. Simply follow the link to the membership site. Watch the short welcome video which describes "how to get started". Follow the Facebook link that is provided in membership site. Input your email you used to sign up for your membership and your Facebook access will be automatic. You will be able to watch the Facebook Live HIIT classes as well as connect to other members. Keep in mind that you do not need a Facebook account to enjoy all the benefits of the Coach Dianna Renee Membership. All training, workouts, Q&A sessions and bonus material can also be found on the membership site.
Is This Membership Just A Printable Training PDF Guide?
No! This is not a PDF printable training guide that you get on most membership training sites. All training and workouts on our site are video follow along with Coach Dianna Renee. Training and workouts are new and updated weekly.
Is This Program Beginner Friendly? What Fitness Level Is This Program?
All fitness levels are welcome! This program is beginner friendly! You are encouraged to work at your own pace and level and get as many repetitions in during the interval time. Always check with your physician to determine what fitness program is best for you.
